deceptive advertising

I recently purchased a 55" Dresser that was advertised as a Clearance Item for $39.00 + tax. I thought it was too good to be true,and may have been a returned item. so I wet ahead and ordered. i could not track the order,tried many times. When i received my CC statement I was billed for $213.99. Not being able to trace my order, I ordered a Dresser from Wayfair. I would like to request a Return and Refund for this Dresser. I also have tried to get into your Support Site with no sucsess. i hope this is not a Scam as I may want to order again from Ohwill
