Return Policy

Our range is diverse and not confined to any single brand. We focus on quality over brand name, offering only those products we believe are exceptional. Additionally, OHWILL provides exclusive after-sales service support for every product sold.

Cancellation

We do not accept order cancellations. The system will automatically lock the inventory and package it as soon as the order is placed.

If it is necessary, you can try contacting our service within 6 hours. We will try our best to intercept the package (Not applicable on weekends), even if we are unsuccessful. If the package is successfully intercepted, we will charge a 5% interception fee.


Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns. Customers have the right to return the product within 30 days of receipt. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee.

If the consumer causes the return, the consumer should pay for the shipping cost. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If the items are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the consumer will not be responsible for the corresponding shipping costs. No restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund and automatically return the funds to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days (usually 1-3 business days).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; the refund may take some time to be credited to your account. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please write to us at support@ohwill.com.
