Sales Tax: ohwill.com collect consumption tax as required and pay taxes legally and compliantly.

Shipping to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Military Addresses:
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses at this time. Please provide a street address, and if a PO Box or APO/FPO military address is provided, we will contact you for confirmation, which may cause a delay in the order shipment.

Tracking Your Package:
Upon shipment, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing the tracking number and carrier details. Track your package on the carrier's website or, if you have an account, find the information in the Order Status History under Account-My Orders.

For those without an account, use the email address and order number via the website's “Customer Service-Track Order” section to check tracking information.

Multiple Shipping Addresses:
Each order on ohwill.com can only have one specified address. If you wish to send items to different addresses (e.g., personal and gift addresses), please make separate purchases for each item.

United States

We only ship to the United States, but the following areas of the United States are not included(Live Update):
Hawaii, Alaska, puerto rico, Guam, Virgin islands, American samoa, Northern marianapalau, micronesia, marshall islands.

If your area is not available for delivery, kindly update your delivery address. If an alternative address is unavailable, please refrain from placing the order, as we cannot deliver items to your region.
