Warranty Coverage: 24 Months Limited Warranty

Section 2: Warranty Claim Procedure
To file a warranty claim, please email support@ohwill.com with all relevant information, including:

1. A copy of your original order confirmation.
2. Confirmation of the item number and quantity of the defective item(s).
3. A detailed description of the problem.
4. Inclusion of pictures or video evidence clearly illustrating the issue.

Section 3: Warranty Agreement And Restrictions
Ohwill.com warrants its products against defects in material, workmanship, and function during the warranty period specified in the Warranty Terms, starting from the original date of receipt. “Normal Use” is strictly adhering to the installation, operation, and maintenance manual.

If Ohwill.com identifies defects in normal use, it will, at its discretion, replace, repair, or make appropriate adjustments at its cost. The Original Purchaser's exclusive remedy is limited to repairing, replacing, or refunding defective products as outlined herein. This warranty excludes labor and other costs for removing or installing any defective, repaired, or replaced product, with ohwill.com's liability not exceeding the purchase price.

This limited warranty does not cover loss or damage due to:

1. Misuse or unusual use
2. Mishandling
3. Accident
4. Neglect
5. Acts of God, such as flash floods, earthquakes, or other natural disasters
6. Improper installation
7. Improper maintenance and care, including the use of abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or exposure to harsh environments, which voids finish and material warranties
8. Modification, unauthorized parts, attachments, or use of components from other manufacturers, voiding the warranty
9. Normal wear and tear, such as gloss reduction, scratching, staining, and alkaline etching over time, are not considered manufacturing defects but indicative of normal use.

This warranty is non-transferable and extends only to the original purchaser. No affirmations by ohwill.com, except as outlined herein, constitute a warranty.

THIS WARRANTY REPLACES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR INFRINGEMENT. OHWILL.COM IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFIT, PROMOTIONAL AND MANUFACTURING EXPENSES, OVERHEAD, INJURY TO REPUTATION, AND LOSS OF CUSTOMERS.
